I have worked in the Building Controls and Automation industry since 1978 beginning with Robertshaw Controls as an Applications Engineer. I joined an independent Temperature Controls and Building Automation company in 1983 and have been employed as an independent representative of various products through the years. I recently retired from a leading systems integration firm to allow the pursuit of my passion for the growing uses of technology in sustainable building operations. I bring specific insights to smart devices and equipment and how open source integration platforms will transform building maintenance in the coming decades.
